Specific Delivery Times and Proper Handling

  • Delivery time immediately after payment receipt
    • The indicated delivery time starts with payment. These are FIN Credits, that will be automatically credited to your account as soon as we receive your payment.
    • Delivery Time is about 1-2 Working Days
      • For deliveries within Germany:
        The indicated delivery time starts with payment in advance,  with the day following the date of your payment order.  In the case of other forms of payment, it begins on the day following the payment of the contract.
        If this day falls on a Sunday or a public holiday  in the respective place of dispatch, the next working day shall be followed.
      • For deliveries to other European countries:
        For European countries abroad, the indicated delivery time is increased by the country-specific shipping time indicated in the order confirmation.
        The indicated delivery time starts with payment in advance, with the day following the date of your payment order.  In the case of other forms of payment, it begins on the day following the payment of the contract.
        If this day falls on a Sunday or a public holiday  in the respective place of dispatch, the next working day shall be followed.
      • Items with different delivery times:
        If several items are shipped in a joint shipment, the delivery time is determined in this case according to the article with the longest delivery time.
